I offer mindful, heart centered flowing Hatha & Vinyasa inspired yoga classes that link movement with breath and I encourage students to find what feels good for them. I aim to create a way to move that is comfortable yet challenging enough to improve your balance, joint mobility, flexibility and strength in a compassionate manner, whilst honouring the ancient traditions of yoga.
Yoga is the union of mind, body and spirit. It’s an amazing way to calm your emotions, build strength and resilience whilst encouraging you to increase your own awareness by guiding you to go within.

Class Description

Suitability: All levels including beginners
Description: - Hatha Flow Yoga classes encourage working with your breathe and using a combination of stretching, balance, strength and relaxation. Classes begin with a gentle warm up followed by a range of flowing yoga postures, that assist in improving flexibility & stability, assisting you to feel calm & nourished.
Many postures in the class have different options to suit your level of ability.
Sessions conclude with savasana, a deep relaxation or guided meditation.
This class can help you release stress, revitalize body, mind & spirit & restore well-being. Beginners are welcome.
*All classes are 60mins, no pre-booking required- $15 on the day/cash or card (Exception is Friday evening Restorative class)
RESTRORATIVE YOGA WITH SOUND HEALING
3rd FRI of the month- 6pm-8pm Restorative & Sound Healing at 6/34 BAYNES ST, MARGATE- $35- bookings required.

This is a 4 week block of 60min classes- new date coming soon!
What we’ll be covering throughout the 4 weeks in each class will be various poses and techniques that can help to assist you with managing anxiety and releasing tension from the body. Guiding you through practices that help to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to connect back into your soul and feel a sense of more calm.
We’ll be using practical tools such as breathwork, yoga poses, acupressure points and gentle somatic practices that can assist you in managing daily stresses and in turn giving you space to remember who you are once anxiety is no longer weighing you down.
The 4 week course is $79 in total - bookings are essential.
*Please note that if you are unable to attend one of the classes in the 4-week block that there is no refund however you can attend one of my regular weekly yoga classes to make up the missed class- please speak directly to me in regards to this ~Ange
Yoga & Meditation
I began practicing Yoga and Meditation in the ’90s and was drawn to the mat as a way to find calm, strength, balance & connection. It was not only a love of these practices but a way of life that eventually led me to begin teaching 10 years ago. ‘I am passionate about sharing the ancient practices of Yoga & Meditation to guide you to live a more balanced and connected existence.’
I love being able to assist others to find calm and strength allowing a sense of connectedness in mind, body and soul. This in turn helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing for a feeling of peace, contentment and healing. A somatic practice such as Yoga teaches you to do this.
