I offer a relaxing intuitive massage, combining long flowing strokes and kneading of the soft tissue areas of the body to thoroughly and intuitively stretch the muscles allowing you to feel relaxed long after you leave the table.
Therapeutic Massage can help with circulation, headaches, muscular tension and stress.
I am passionate about helping people to activate their parasympathetic nervous system allowing you to feel a sense of calm in both your mind and body. Proactively stimulating your parasympathetic nervous system through massage can help restore the right balance to help strengthen your nervous system helping you to find it easier to feel more relaxed, centered and calm.
