Join us for the beautiful healing benefits of Restorative Yoga with Sound.
This is a 2hr immersion of restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretch. Throughout this wonderful deep session, you will be fully supported by props with my nurturing guidance. You will then be encouraged to relax further with an enriching and unique sound healing journey that includes a fusion of the Didgeridoo to help support grounding & connect us to this incredible land we call home along with live meditative guitar music, medicine drum and Crystal Singing bowls.
The subdued quality of a restorative yoga class allows you to draw your attention inward and away from external events and situations of the world. With your awareness directed within, this soothing practice combined with sound healing will help to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, giving your body, mind and soul a sanctuary for deep rest to occur.

Laying in an aerial hammock suspended in a safe cocoon, relaxing further with an enriching and unique sound healing journey that includes a fusion of the didgeridoo, meditative guitar, Crystal Singing bowls and various other instruments.
Allow your parasympathetic nervous system to be activated giving your body, mind and soul a sanctuary for deep rest to occur.
On conclusion of your journey, we enjoy grounding with a cup of tea and nibbles.

Angela is a Yoga/Meditation teacher and Energy worker who has been working with Sound for many years and is passionate about assisting people to connect into their parasympathetic state. Mick is a multi-instrumentalist who has been a local musician in Brisbane over the last 25 years and is known for his soulful sounds.
The vibrations from sound healing therapy gently activate your parasympathetic nervous system, guiding your body, mind, and soul into a state of deep rest. Allow yourself to be enveloped by these healing frequencies, where ancient wisdom and modern practice unite to create a truly enriching and transformative experience.
