Reiki Healing & Chakra Balancing

We are all energy! This beautiful holistic practice can be included with your massage or as a stand-alone treatment. 

As a Reiki Master I use a combination of Reiki, a pendulum to read your Chakra's, crystals, sound healing, essential oils, breathwork and divination cards. For each treatment I allow my intuition to guide throughout so it is unique and tailored just for you.

Energy/Reiki healing is a type of therapy that manipulates our physical energy circuits to help facilitate our body's healing mechanisms. This holistic approach helps to assist in the healing process by unblocking our energy fields. Those who practice energy healing embrace the fact that everything is made of energy, including our bodies, emotions, and thoughts. 

As energy beings, our bodies are connected to the earth and the rest of the universe in unseen ways. The energy of your body connects to the energy of everything around you, and one can influence the other.  

Chakra Balancing means to restore a healthy, relaxed and natural flow of energy in our Chakras. Intuitively selected and activated crystals are placed on or around the body to induce deep relaxation, release stress and promote energy balance within both the physical and subtle bodies. 

I also hold a Diploma in Counselling to help support you.

Please note, Reiki Treatments can be included in your Therapeutic Massage.
